What a lovely spa. The view from the room where they do the pedicures is absolutely marvellous. It's shoreline and overhanging willow(?) trees. (Felt very Florida or Mississippi)
The staff were very pleasant and customer-experiences focused. And the experience starts when you enter the door and are greeted with a smile and offered a beverage (light tea/water). And during the pedicure, we were offered a cookie to nibble on. The technicians were both very pleasant and personable. The room where you relax and let your nails dry is lovely and has very comfortable seating, including two chaise lounges in separate small nooks. All in all, my companion and I had a lovely visit and already have our next appointment booked.

I just wanted to say that I went to the Stittsville location for the first time last Friday and I had the most wonderful experience! I wanted to go short with my hair, so I brought pictures in and Jennifer gave me the exact look that I was hoping for! Not only that but it is a style that I can maintain myself very easily, especially with the few products that I purchased from the spa. The icing on the cake was that Jennifer had me finished at the exact time she said she would so that I could leave to pick up my daughter from school. Excellent way to relax

Lash extensions
Superb place to get lash extensions. Always great service and an excellent job in doing your lashes. I go every 2-3 weeks and have attended many places across Canada and they do a superb job. There are many options out there and a lot of want-a-bes! This is definitely high on the list of must go to places for lashes. Thank you ladies

New in town and needed a great stylist.
I am new in town and I called looking for someone who works well with curly hair and to help do a gradual shift in colour from very dark to my natural blond colour. Jennifer was AMAZING!!
