What a lovely spa. The view from the room where they do the pedicures is absolutely marvellous. It's shoreline and overhanging willow(?) trees. (Felt very Florida or Mississippi) The staff were very pleasant and customer-experiences focused. And the experience starts when you enter the door and are greeted with a smile and offered a beverage (light tea/water). And during the pedicure, we were offered a cookie to nibble on. The technicians were both very pleasant and personable. The room where you relax and let your nails dry is lovely and has very comfortable seating, including two chaise lounges in separate small nooks. All in all, my companion and I had a lovely visit and already have our next appointment booked. Paul
